    IDEA

    Giovanni Lejkowski has the intuition about a new concept of wax injector and files the patent.

    2006

    FIRST EXHIBITION

    In the January edition of T-Gold Vicenza the first prototype is presented. There will be a year of development and tests on ten machines installed.

    2007

    RIACETECH’S BIRTH

    Giovanni Lejkowski establishes Riacetech in a small laboratory of 120 square meters. The adventure begins!

    2011

    COMPANY GETS STRUCTURED

    The international demand requires more production space. The headquarters are expanded to 350mq, 150 of which are dedicated to the technical service offices.

    2012

    WAXES PRODUCTION

    The R&D leads to the creation of new waxes and a new innovative extrusion production system. A new building dedicated is opened.

    2013

    RIACETHAI’S BIRTH

    Giovanni Lejkowski designs a new Hub in Bangkok: the new RiaceThai will guarantee the post-sales technical service to the entire Asian region.

    2014

    BELT & INDSUTRY 4.0

    Within the Intuitive line, the Belt model is introduced. Together with the functionality of Industry 4.0, it brings the production to a completely automated system.

    2016

    BELT & INDSUTRY 4.0 LEAN PRODUCTION

    The training courses a in Japan lead to the introduction of the lean production systems based on TPS (Toyota Production System) for a rapid and dynamic response to the market demands.

    2017

    A NEW EXPANSION

    The new headquarters are inaugurated of 1,000 mq, 400 of which are reserved for research and development and after-sales services. Customer service is provided by 3 people dedicated.

    2019

    ENDURA & TOWER SYSTEM

    It is time for the second generation of the Epigonos Endura line. A new aggressive design is chosen for a sturdy, reliable machine with essential features. The Tower System with a vertical loader is created, which optimizes the automatic process.

    INTERFACES ENHANCED

    Both interfaces are enhanced: the Endura line, which has a new 7 ”Touch Screen with additional features. The Intutive line tablet becomes an integral part of the machine and makes it even more reliable thanks to the elimination of the Wi-Fi router.

    Riacetech has chosen to use an innovative process to give its wax better chemical-physical characteristics in terms of homogeneity, reduction of waste and ability to meet different needs, related to the various types of molds to be made: from massive objects with embedding to those more subtle and watermarked. For years we have been producing our extruded waxes internally using formulas and machines studied and designed by us. If the mixing is not perfect, there is the risk of having residues or phase separations: for this reason, the solution of polar and apolar components is ground at very high pressure through an extruder that works with two large screws that turn in the opposite direction among them. The high pressure inside (MPa) helps the wax to mix homogeneously and this causes it to improve its mechanical properties and eliminate the typical defects of injection waxes (low breaking load, low elongation percentage at break, etc.)

    STONE EXTRUDED WAX

    Particularly suitable for massive objects, characterized by a good fluidity, a low shrinkage and a great elasticity, which makes the setting of stones in the models easy. The high flexibility allows the extraction of the piece from the mold without any breakages.

    VENICE EXTRUDED WAX

    Born with the idea of combining the characteristics of the Flex and the Stone: it is a wax with intermediate properties, compact and elastic but with a good fluidity.It is designed for those who have pieces with settings or difficult to remove from the mold but, at the same time, do not want to work with a hard and viscous wax.

    FLEXIBLE EXTRUDED WAX

    An extremely versatile wax suitable for the creation of all types of objects. Its good fluidity and excellent flexibility guarantee a perfect filling, which makes it appropriate for thin molds and filigrees. Its medium level of shrinkage allows its use even for large pieces. Its excellent elasticity facilitates the extraction without any breakages.

    FLUID EXTRUDED WAX

    A particularly smooth wax specifically designed for the combined use with hydro resin. The high fluidity and the high cooling time allow the creation of particularly thin and filigreed objects equipped with a hydro resin core.

    SUPERFLUID EXTRUDED WAX

    The Superfluid is an innovative wax designed to have a very low viscosity and it can produce both the thinnest and the largest filigrees. It flows like water even at a low injection temperature (60-70 °C) and this allows to obtain incredibly capillary designs that are less than 0.3 mm thick.

    SOLUBLE EXTRUDED WAX

    Designed for hollow objects, hydro resin is 100% non-toxic and soluble in warm water without the need to use acids. It allows the quick creation of hollow pieces without causing wax melting problems. Thanks to its excellent mechanical resistance, the extraction of the pieces is simple and ensures no breakage.
